How do I re size pics to post

I would like to submit some pics of drives and of my car but when I try I get a message saying the file is too big. I need to re size the pics and have no idea how. Any help? Thanks....Ben

I like to use http://www.flickr.com/ - can upload a ton of pics then grab the link from the "All Sizes" page and post them up.

It is a free service and you can upload a lot of photos and it automatically re-sizes them.
